True Coach Membership Details
$70.00 per week, minimum membership term of 12 weeks.
What's included in my True Coach Gym Membership subscription?
• 1:1 Coaching through personal sessions, as organised between you and your coach.
The aim is to get you confident within the gym, learn how to use the equipment available, gaining knowledge on technique for the training exercises that will form your program, engaging further self-awareness of how certain movements feel for your body, and maintaining consistency through gradual progression, while working towards the personal goals you have for yourself. You will receive ongoing encouragement, structure, and guidance throughout your training, every step of the way, from someone who wants to help you succeed and develop your own training knowledge base, so you can complete your program no matter what gym you're at.
Eventually, you will become self-sufficient with your training, and personal sessions with your coach will be further spaced out, but you will be equipped with all you need online with True Coach, and the support of Mountain Gym staff, should you have any questions during your training session/s.
• Personal programming uploaded to our True Coach online system, where it will be tweaked accordingly based on your training and personal feedback, to ensure progression and goal/s achievement. You can access your program anytime, anywhere, online.
• Track when you complete your training sessions and leave feedback/notes for your coach, to review and update your program accordingly.
• Gym membership included, so you can attend the gym whenever you like during our open hours, and complete your training sessions as per your program.
*Please note, this is an ongoing membership, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.
This timeframe allows an appropriate timeframe of consistency, education and building confidence around your training.
