Strength and conditioning classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Mountain Gym HQ between 6:15am - 7am. The classes incorporate a range of movements, with a variety of weights and equipment, including but not limited to: torsion bars, deadballs, battleropes, kettlebells, body weight and weight plates. The session includes focus to mobility at the start of the classes during warm up, and then progresses into the strength and conditioning components of the class which changes up each week to keep it interesting, engaging and fun! You'll be performing movements like squats, deadlifts, running, rows, presses, lunges, burpees, core related exercises and many, many more! Rest assured, if any of these movements are unfamiliar to you, you're completely new to training/strength and conditioning, or you require alternatives due to injury or medical considerations, we can accommodate and support you to ensure your comfort and safety, so please, feel free to reach out and have a chat with us about your interest and requirements so we can determine the best possible way to help assist you! 

The women's boxing class runs on Monday nights from 6:30pm - 7:15pm, location TBA on the day (*Please note: this class is currently on hold for the winter season. Re-commencement of this class will be announced at the end of October).

Classes are $20.44 per casual attendance, or $32 (+ GST and 2.2% surcharge, totalling $35.77) per week as an ongoing membership (min. term 8 weeks, with twelve (12) days notice required for suspension or cancellation). 

*Min age for classes is 18+ yrs. 

*No shows and late cancellations for class are non-refundable. Ongoing class membership fees are non-refundable and are as per your initial class membership contract, please refer to all necessary terms and conditions before proceeding. 

*Please provide AT LEAST 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend an upcoming class, to allow us the opportunity to offer your spot to someone else interested in attending the class. We pre-plan class training sessions, and having accurate attendance numbers help assist us with appropriate planning and equipment organisation.
